The data we collect

When you send us a request through any form on the site (the help button, “More info” or the Contact page), we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email and message if you add them, and the unit or building you ask about.

With each request we also record the page it was sent from, the site language, the time, and the tags of the ad campaign that brought you, if any. We never ask for payment card details or passwords.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, so that our sales or customer care team can contact you about your request, and to learn which of our ad campaigns are most useful to our visitors.

Who sees it

Your data is kept in the company's internal systems and is only seen by the staff who handle your request. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

What the site keeps in your browser

The site keeps a few simple things in your browser to improve your visit: the language you chose, whether the help window has already appeared during this visit, and the ad campaign tags during the visit.

Ad measurement tools (such as Meta, Google and TikTok) only run after your explicit consent; you can decline them without affecting your use of the site.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we are handling your request and our relationship with you, and for as long as the law requires, then delete it.

Your rights
